Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• Australia: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays that are outside of our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

MaiLearning Aotearoa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once they have been dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly using your tracking details.

For rural addresses, please allow additional delivery time.
