CUSTOM TOTES - DEPOSIT

Secure your custom tote bag with a design deposit. This deposit allows us to reserve a tote specifically for you and begin working on your personalised design.

You can submit your own design or collaborate with us to create something unique. Please note that all customer-submitted designs are subject to approval by MaiLearning Aotearoa.

Once we’ve finalised and agreed on the design, the remaining balance for production will be invoiced separately, and your $5 deposit will be taken off the final invoice. 

This deposit ensures your place in our design queue and guarantees that your custom tote is set aside and ready for creation.

Deposit Policy

• Hold Period: We will hold your deposit for 5 days.

• Communication: We aim to contact you within the first 5 days of receiving your deposit.

• Refund Policy: If we don’t receive a reply within those 5 days, your deposit will be automatically refunded.
